How do I transfer my blocked calls list from my old lumia to a new one?

I really want to upgrade to a new W10 model, but I can't face losing my blocked call list that I have built up over the years, there's over 200 numbers in there. How do I port them across?

Unfortunately, I don't think you can. I would suggest adding numbers in batches or just block them as they contact you.
