Window isnt on top of my task bar anymore

[Windows Central Question]

My dog walked across my laptop and now my Windows window isnt sitting on top of my taskbar anymore. The way I like it, erg. I'm not sure of how to fix it correctly.

Any and all help would be great please. Thank you!
