950xl wifi permanently sending

[Windows Central Question]

My battery was OK until today! it then started to run flat in 3 hours. I now see the wifi is permnently showing the sending arrow. I have killed everything I can find but the problem persists - anyone got any ideas? I am sending this from my PC. Email <redacted>
