Conversations deleted from Viber on Windows Phone

Hello there,

i am using Viber on my Windows Phone (Microsoft Lumia 535) since last summer. My software is Windows 8.1. The Viber app was last updated on 02 Feb 2017. More than 5 times till today, all my conversations have been deleted without any option to retrieve them.
The last time that happened was last week.
The Viber version is 4.5.6.0

What do you mean "More than 5 times till today?" Sorry, if you deleted the app, Viber doesn't store messages on the cloud. Unless they're backed-up you can't get them back, and there is no way to do that on the Windows phone I think. You can try contacting Viber.
