Microsoft Account Services failing for anyone else?

Aside from a session of Outlook.com that I was already signed into, i can no longer sign into any Microsoft service on any device. I've found a couple articles from the UK saying some people are having issues with Outlook and Xbox Live across the globe, but I can't find any evidence of this anywhere else. If I try to sign in, it says my account doesn't exist (but I can still send and receive email from the web session of outlook.com that i'm currently signed into). I can't even chat with MS Support because it wants me to sign in to continue...

Well, just to say that i am experience some problems too.... I can not sync my pc Microsoft account calendar events with Windows Mobile Outlook Calendar!!! Anyone else? Thanks
