my ex coworker add an account and i want to deleted but no password

she did a Microsoft account and its under her Hotmail account but she forgot the password and the phone number and i want to deleted but i have no information of her.

As I have also experienced, you should contact your work system admin for help with this, as said. Sadly, we do not know your configuration so there may not be much we can do.
