Calls & txts sync - 2 phones different networks?

I have 2 windows phones - 640xl & 950xl, one is on EE, the other is on Vodofone, 2 different numbers. My question is, how can I receive a call or a txt from a person on both devices.

If you don't find something better, Google voice will do that but you have to give your Google Voice number to everyone. Calls and texts sent to your Google Voice phone number will be sent simultaneously to all "real" phones you attach to your Google Voice account.
