I have my Outlook account and two Gmail accounts on my L830. Build .1198. Everything has worked well for 3 years, the accounts were set up and linked to alert me to new emails with the same tone after linking them to do so in Settings for each account. In fact all alerts arrived with the tone on the Lumia before showing up on my Android work phone. But for the past few days the emails still show up in the tile but now there are no alert tones?? Does anyone know a fix for this, please?
