i can't sync my info from my microsoft account

I was looking for some contacts and I realized that the contacts are not complete, then I find out that the calendar wasn't showing all the reminders from my Microsoft account. I tried to restart the phone ( not reset to factory settings) but I couldn't solve the issue.

This has been the case now for at least 4 days. Not sure what's going on. I knew they were cancelling stuff but didn't realize they were stopping the sync process too.
