What programs can I delete? HP Stream

I am wanting to delete some programs on my laptop because i have low disk space.

i can't seem to get a straight answer in all of the forums i've read. I've downloaded apps that are supposed to tell you which you can delete but apparently i'm dense. Please help, I'm so irritated i'm ready to delete everything lol.
