"Hey Cortana" not working on my Lumia 640

Had my 640 for over a week now and love it! however i can't seem to get the Cortana to work via the "hey cortana" command.

I'm in the UK if that has anything to do with it?

Hey cortana need snapdragon 8xx processor... And the 640 has snapdragon 400, so you can't get hey cortana feature in 640....
