I see the "Cortana" app on my lumia 920 in settings, but not in the settings menu on my Lumia 1320. How do I get it? Help would be appreciated.

To have cortana in your phone.
1/Region: United Stated
2/Language: English (united stated)- This should be placed at the top
3/Speech: Download Speech English (United State)
4/Restart your phone, i think you will get it :)
Enjoy. This Update is awesome

Incorrect
Language, region and speech need to be set to English (united states)
This is how my 1320 is set here in Australia and I have/use Cortana daily

I have tried to find cortana personal assistant I am on the Lumia 1320 cant find it anywere can
you help

Cortana is only available in certain Regions and Languages at this time. It also requires Windows Phone 8.1 or higher.

What country are you in? What OS version is on your 1320?

This will definitely work. Had the same problem on my mom's 1320 where on my 1520 Cortana worked fine. Do this.
Change region to US
Change region format to US
Add US English in languages and press and hold on it and you'll get the option to move it to the top and then you can press and hold and remove the second language below it.
Make sure your location is on and restart your phone and you will have cortana in your apps after the restart, then set her up and you're good to go.
If you follow these exact steps, it will definitely work. The language part is what people miss. You need to move it to the top and remove the other one.
Hope this helps everyone.

Exactly what I was thinking as if OP is in the UK why would they use US settings?
