Tablets that support hardware virtualization.

Are there any tablets other than the Surface Pro that support hardware virtualization? I need to be able to run Visual Studio 2012 and the Windows Phone Emulator. I'd like something a bit cheaper than the Surface Pro though.

Any Ivy Bridge or Haswell tablet will support Hyper-V.
