How to update a compressed OS?

Many tablets use a compressed install of Windows 8.1 (a Wimboot install). How do we update such devices with a clean install of Windows 10? Is there a Wimboot version of the ISO to download somewhere?

I want to give it a try on a fully touch device before making decisions re. the rest of my devices.

i just updated my hipstreet w7 its 16gb tablet
i downloaded media creation tool from microsoft and made iso file which i mounted
wimboot partition is gone but i got 2GB extra free space and everything is working a little bit faster
