Asus Chi T300 Stylus

I'm hoping again that I could receive some assistance. My research of this product shows that it does support active stylus. However, using the Surface 3 and a generic stylus none of them respond on the screen at all. Calling Asus reveled no results as I quote " we don't know what's inside the machine... that's manufacturing..." and " we can't help you unless you buy an Asus stylus." Calling MS help desk resulted in "what is a stylus?"..

I'm hoping you guys can point me in the right direction Do I need a different active stylus or is my digitizer not working?

There's actually a stylus built for it. It's pretty awesome. Look for T300 Chi Stylus. It's battery powered. Lucky enough that mine came bundled with one, though I don't really use it as much.
