I posted this in another thread too. I'm surprised it's not picking up more steam. Other sites have already begun talking about it... Considering it's a legal document that's required to be accurate this basically spells the end unofficially. It'll be interesting to see if they let everyone down at Build or wait until the end of June.

This could just as likely be due to the fact that all development has moved to a shared core. There isn't a "Windows Mobile" or "Windows Phone"OS anymore. It is now just Windows and it can be used on different form-factors.

Of course, you can continue to assume the worst since that seems to be what people want to do. We are a society where the glass is always half full. Just realize that history has shown companies to abandon projects based on projected adoption rates. If you keep acting like Chicken Little, you could be the one who causes the sky to fall.

MS are switching to Window 10 on ARM so there will not be a need for Windows 10 Mobile after the current handsets get to the end of their lifecycle.

In the meantime MS keep updating the OS.
