Getting tiresome

OK, my X3 is running virtually flawless. On the other hand, my wife is on her 3rd in less than 2mo. First had crap audio on the phone, the second would freeze and get buggy lines on the screen, now the third is rock solid in regard to the prior 2 issues but now it was discovered that taking a pic in landscape mode doesnt rotate, nor do videos. So now i have a pissed off wife because her moms bday shots are sideways. Shooting in 4:3. Mine rotates, same settings. WTFrigg gives. Her lumia 950 aready lost her bridal shower photos last june, so her experience with the platform has been less than stellar. And for the love of god, the phone rotation lock is off. Logical help pls.

I've had two Windows phones start to do that. FWIW both times, doing a soft reset fixed it. Worth a try.

Soft, hard, and wdrt. Still doing it. Tried these steps on the prior two as well.

Oh wow that's awful. I'm sorry for that. I would occasionally see an error in the camera. Not for a few builds though and not with the latest firmware.
