HTC 8x GDR2 Update

I received my 3rd HTC 8x a week ago after my first to abruptly stopped working. Like usually you set up the phone and everything and I have a habit of even after the phone has automatically checked for updates I do check for updates myself using the software update option in settings. When I touched the check for updates button nothing came up. Which is weird as I'm running a soft war firmware of 8.0.10211.204which doesn't seem right. I'm not sire if I received it or not and if I did how come in not getting data sense or fm radio. I have a California blue HTC 8x by T-Mobile please assist.

there anyway to get the update itself as I just called tmobile and said I have the latest.

No, t-mobile has not received GDR2 yet for the 8x.

HTC has temporarily halted the GDR2 rollout because of firmware issues.

Unfortunately, I came out to be one of the "happy" people who caught the short rollout... and the problems started - SIM errors, turn offs, restarts... just ridiculous.

No official source means it ain't official, simple as that, even though we see no more updates coming our way. I'm still waiting for my FM radio
