My phone for the past week won't let me see my avatar and see who is online through the games tile. I can go to my Xbox one smartglass(technically the same features) and see through there. It's getting annoying. Is there any way to fix this problem?

I am also having issues like that. In addition to my profile not showing up in the games tile, I am unable to download anything from the app store.

Things like updates fail immediately as it says, "Microsoft account service is unavailable at the moment try again later". I've restarted my phone and tried everything on two different wifi networks and my lte network. I've even changed my MS account password, and it fails to sync giving error code 8501001F.

It's been like this for a week or so, I would think that would be enough time to clear up any server issues or whatever MS would be having. I've looked around for help and can't find anything. Even the MS Support forum is useless.
