Has anyone else tried to add this rapid charger 2.0 to the cart at the HTC website? When I do, I get a "your cart is empty" screen. I emailed customer service but got back a message saying I have a cookie problem. How about anyone else?
Yes, I've done that. And I have tried on 3 different computers and my phone with the same results. I can add any other item to the cart but not the charger.Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? Are you accepting cookies on the site? Have you tried a different browser?
