HTC Trophy and WiFi

Just curious about how well the Trophy works in Wifi only mode. The reason I am asking is that I currently own a HTC Droid Eris and am planning to switch to WP7 soon. Right now I am debating between waiting for Mango or not waiting for Mango but that is a different discussion.

My current HTC phone sucks when I am trying to do anything with wifi only. It has trouble maintain or even finding the signal and then often just bricks and I need to reboot. Could be a software- i.e. Android issue- or a hardware issue and if I am going with WP7 on verizon it would help to know how it handles this situation. I have used an Verizon Iphone 4 in wifi only and found it to be perfect. I am hopeful that the Trophy handles this situation equally as well.

Wow, really? Mine has about 10x faster speeds and half the latency on wifi. I guess it all depends on your home internet connection though.

It could be.. My Android was way faster on my wifi, but the trophy seems barely faster.
Its not that big of a deal so I can live with it.
