I am an avid android user and been a fan since the beginning with the G1. I was holding out to see what the new nexus phone had in store and decided that it just wasn't for me. Now I want to branch out and see what other's have in store and WP8 looks like a great place. I do have a question for the veterans here just to get what you feel would give me a better experience with WP8. I'm due for an upgrade with T-mobile and was hoping to see the Lumia 920 to appear. From what i've read it isn't happening, or at least not anytime soon :/ so between the 8x and the lumia 810, which one is the better phone?

    To your question:

These phones have a lot of similarities. The 8X has better Rez and PPI, they both have 8 mp cameras in the back, the 8X has the wide angle 2mp camera in front(which I personally love), the 810 has storage of up to 64G whereas the 8X is locked with 16G and whatever you feel comfortable putting on the cloud. The 8X also has the beats audio amp and speakers for sound.

I think, and many people will agree, that the 8X is the sexiest of all the new windows phones. I think the 810 is really nice. I think out of the 822, 820 & 810, the 810 looks the best. It's a very sleek, clean looking device. One which, as I look at it more, kinda think I might like to own.

    Hope that helps

Welcome to the forum! One thing I'd add that you get with a Lumia 810, that you can't get with an HTC 8X, is Nokia Drive. It's a great offline navigation app.
