Why is my screen shutting off?!?
I just purchased my Surface Laptop 3. When I watch Netflix or Hulu and try to lower the brightness to the lowest level, the screen just shuts off. Then using the key to turn brightness up it does not work. The screen just stays black. You can still hear Netflix, just can't see it. The only way...- BassSoLow

Surface Keyboard Keeps Disconnecting!
Quick question..I just got a Surface Pro 6. Every time I close the keyboard, the computer makes the usb disconnect sound. New MSI GS63, Plugged in, not changing?
I just bought a brand new MSI GS63 Stealth laptop yesterday. I’ve been sitting here for the past 6 hours now setting it up and trying to troubleshoot this. The computer will not charge above 95%.
