Microsoft Heath App

From looking on the website it looks like the MS Health App can be used on phones as well as the desktop but I don't see an option for the web/browser version?

Using it as a stand-alone app? It looks likes the App is tied to having an actual MS Band which is a shame as I would like to try to App out first.

Any first time users with input would greatly help me

Yeah, couldn't find one either and pretty surprised that it was not a universal app. On the other hand, it takes a lot longer for an app to get published in the Windows store than the WP store, from my experience.
