For a few days now I cannot player anything on BBC I player. It has worked perfectly up to now and it s only in the last few days that I cannot play any programs.

I have a Surface 2 running RT.

can you try reinstalling the program? It might work if the original installation got corrupted

Also, are you able to play via the browser?

I was talking about the browser. I'll try and install the app. It looks like a BBC iplayer app is not in the store. SO I am left with the browser, which has stopped working!

sorry for the misunderstanding on my part. Are you able to use it on another browser? Or is that browser you're using updated and add ons updated as well?

It appears to be working now!

It is Win RT so I cannot install another browser.
