Problem With Battery

i bought my mobile for 3 days ago
when i charge it full
it says time remaining 8 hours
and when i play any game , battery be empty during 2.30 hours
that's happened when i turn on battery saver :S
do you think that i must back my mobile to the seller ?

There are a number of sites that give tips on saving power on WP8 one in particular was a CNET one I believe. Search and you will find them. Turning off WiFi, push email, backing out of apps etc.. The battery is only 1300mah so not super robust. It is a budget phone.

also it's only 3 days since you have phone, mine had same issue but with 7-8 charge cycles things get better, not significantly better but better

i have this phone for few days and its very good only done couple of charges but the battery is already better
if u play with phone constantly it wont last long but if u use it normal it can last
i have 6 days time remaining atm
try to turn off all the things u dont need , put dark theme (background)...

Dear i have same problem but after 10 days its doing great and now my phone battery is much high and spend 2 days with wifi sms calling.

Guys, the first time you switched on the phone, drain the battery until your phone died. And then, recharge it for a full 8 hours. It will get better after 7-8 charge cycle or around a week. The first day I got this phone, it lasted for only 6 hours. Then as the day goes on, it started to improve and now with high brightness, some little games, 3G, sometimes constant WiFi, location on and all I can still manage to take it in between 15-24 hours. Sometimes even more! After 4 months of ownership, I have to say I'm pretty much impressed with the 1300mah battery as I didn't actually expect it to last this long ,really. Just give it some time, train your phone then it should all be fine. Much like you have a children and teach them to be a better person

theluminis620 - your words is rubbish this time - it is li-on battery, so it has no "memory efect", while deep discharging is very bad to it. best way to have battery in good condition for a long time is to keep it in 40 - 80 percent of full charge. i know and understand it is not possible in every day usage. just want you to have proper information.
