the problem was the sad smiley on my lumia 520 a shopkeeper told me there is an motherboard issue but myphone working well after hard reset !! thanks again!!!:smile:

Using the Lumia Software Recovery tool resolved the issue for me. I have a Lumina 925 on the technical preview 10081 that got caught on an infinite reset with the sad face when I factory reset it. The normal recover tool didn't work since it was in the loop and not detected by the pc. Thanks for the tip.

how u do this, i have same problem after reset factory i see sad face on my screen
i download and use windows phone recovery tools but my phone not detected

when i restart the phone with power and volume down it goes to gear again and sad smail apear.....

Download the Lumia Recovery Tool and select the option, unable to detect my phone. Then just follow the steps.
