Extract content?

So, my phone fell out of my pocket and the screen went dead. The phone still works fine it seems, it plings when I connect it to the computer.

Anyways, I would be forever helpful if anyone knows how to extract a file from the phone. I followed a guide for how to turn the phone inte a mass storage device, which worked fine, but it only shows files transfered through Zune.

I'm in desperate need of a recording I made through an app (I don't remember the name of the app, could have been simple "AudioRecorder" or alonger those lines... start with an A).

How can I search my phone and find this file?

You can go to windowsphone.com to check your purchase history to find the app name, but I have no idea on how to extract the file.. Sorry there.
