we are having trouble charging this purchase to your phone bill, most likely because you lost your cellular data connection.
i was trying to download a game and charge it to my bill.....so i HAVE to use my data plan for carrier billing?
i just used carrier billing for a song and it worked but not for this gameWhat I use: Lumia 1520....Simply the best Windows Phone you can. Anything else is settling for less<3

Are you having problems where carrier billing does not work at all, or is carrier billing not working when you use WiFi only and not mobile network?
