Also in the UK, id say yes it will come over seas. The Verizon exclusivity will likely be US only. The fee for world exclusivity would be both too high and pointless given they dont have a UK presence.

Plus this is a full update, most of the US exclusive updates only have 4G added on, the rest of the handset is the same. It wouldnt make sense to only role out a new model to one market when you have all the production processes in place
