MS won't come late to the foldable phone category, they will never enter to that competition. Probably they will make some great prototypes for foldable devices and then it will get cancelled and never heard again.

I think that app can only sync with Android devices from 7.0 and up. I believe the Phone Companion works with W10m but i don't know if still works in newer versions of W10.

Spend your money in something else, a second hand high end Android phone from 2017 with dual sim will give you at least 2 major OS update support and much longer apps support time. W10m soon will be abandonware and probably MS will pull the plug without any warning.

I left W10m early 2016 and just played a 950 recently... And well it's just sad, the OS now looks OK and stable than couple years ago but the app selection was like an abandoned Blockbuster store, a pretty sad situation.

In 2013, MS had the chance to do something interesting with WP... But then in 2014 they totally lost interest and missed the chance and finally came Nadella to seal the fate of mobile OS from MS. The Lumia 950 was a half baked goodbye for a half baked mobile OS.

I think that's what Nokia wanted in the first place... to sell their mobile division and stop the money bleeding. MS made that huge mistake and probably that sealed WP fate. The good news at least is that Nokia phone brand is starting to coming back to life with some good hardware from HMD...

You can buy the glass part very cheap in eBay, like 6 or 8 USD, but you need someone experienced to replace the glass because is a difficult task. The easiest way is to buy the whole LCD module but it cost like +130USD... a little more and you can buy another 950XL.

I don't think MS will risk to launch a limited niche device with the potential of bad publicity no matter if the device is great, the stench of failure around the mobile experiments of MS is very strong.

Both LG and Samsung are the same what you are looking for, because Microsoft is mostly platform and brand agnostic in Android... but i recommend Samsung over LG since the latter have lots of hardware problems in many of their devices like the LG G4, G5, V10 and the Nexus 5x.

There is no need to such app in Android, you only have to go to settings and find Storage, there you can free the cache and see how much storage space is left.
