I have beta of launcher and Cortana on Android. How can I get Cortana to read sms messages? I thought this was introduced at some point.

Excited about all the cognitive services available to developers. Hard push on azure but that's to be expected and not unwelcome. Would have liked to hear more about Hololens OS plans but the two new apps are good to hear about.

Groove music cancellation was a huge disappointment for me. Heavily invested in the MS ecosystem for both work and leisure. I wouldn't be so disappointed if Spotify actually worked on my Lumia 950. Unless a UWP version comes out before Dec 31st, I will reluctantly switch to Android.

Been using my 950 since Nov 2015 as a daily driver. My 1020 has less use now but still serves as a great pocketable camera. Using the 950 for messaging, music, podcasts, calls, emails, browsing, twitter... Only drawbacks are no apps for Nest, Alexa, and one-time apps like conference planners...

The latest fast ring build of Groove, which features the music video option, seems to have dropped Bluetooth audio output significantly. I used to play back on a volume of 20. Now maxed to 30 still isn't close to the 20 setting. Anyone else see this?

You can force boot options by restarting and then hitting the reset switch as soon as you see the windows logo. Upon restart it should detect the problem and offer you different boot options and repair options. For safe boot, see advanced repair options, startup options.

Back to this again. I have the same problem, which showed up a couple of builds ago. A soft reset should fix it but as soon as you advance a track while connected to Bluetooth, the error pops up again. I've found that leaving Groove for a few minutes may also fix it, though not reproducibly...
