Why does your ad show in Spanish? I do not speak Spanish?

Why does your Driscoll health plan add show in Spanish? I don't speak spanish, I guess I could go back to ad blocking.

Ads are served either personalized or not these days, most likely the former with today's smarter ad networks. But despite all that, you're going to see ads that may not be relevant to you. Like how female hygiene products might be advertised to me, a male. They aren't relevant to me but that's how some advertising is done, especially if you opt out of personalization/tracking. Like a billboard. I might not need a lawyer while sailing down I-95, but hey, someone might. Or how phone accessories are more likely to be advertised on this site, one that is phone-centric.
