640 lost Apps - Start Screen all jumbled?

So I went to use my 640 today which is running Win10 and my Start screen is all jumbled - Apps that I had pinned were gone and others were there that shouldn't be. I then noticed many Apps were missing from the App page/screen including things like the Store, Settings, Messaging, People including all my Contacts, etc. I do have a SD card in the phone that had as many apps as I could loaded on it but not apps like Store, Messaging, etc.

What the hell is going on and how do I fix it?

I do have a new backup 640 that's running Win8.1 that has most of my Contacts loaded via the Transfer my Data app.

Went ahead and initiated a Hard Reset and Restore. Fingers crossed that it works.

Well, it's alive. Automatically downloading some 2018-11 Update Version 1703 so there will probably go any free space in phone memory. At least I was able to restore all my Contacts - lost text messages though.

Got my text messages back! I guess MS did something right...
