I have not received the OTA yet. More concerning is why some people are already on 9905 and I am still on 9903. Anyone else have an old firmware version?

There are different OS versions for different releases. I have a 9903 phone too. The new OS update has always been released in a staggered fashion meaning that not all phones get it at the same time. In other words: A bit of patience.

Incidentally if you watch the video about the patch you'll see that they where only updated to 9905 with the new update too so I'd presume that the phone was 9903 before too.
