Anybody else not getting notifications from the Messaging App?

I've had the Messaging app since it was available to insiders, but shortly after getting it the notifications stopped coming through.

I still get the number updating on the live tile - But nothing in Action Centre. Wondering if this is a common thing, or if there's a fix for it that I've missed along the way.

Notifications are definitely turned on under settings, and I've tried toggling them off and on again.

Same here. I've been trying to turn on and off notification, restart, but it still doesn't show the banner for me. Worked fine right after the upgrade.
