I'm going through this hell too. Been back-and-forth with onedrive microsoft.com for two weeks. My account is 100% full at 10.287 TB. When I send a support ticket in for an increase in space, I keep getting "You currently have more than 50GB of free space left. Please contact us again you have less than 50GB left and we'll review your request.
We hope this answers your questions. At this point we will consider this issue closed but please feel free to let us know if you still have any issues."
Not very helpful. I'm indeed full. I confirmed that fact, that they can see I'm full with a technical chat with a Microsoft technician who relayed back that my account is indeed full. But he has no idea what to do about it. The people who are supposed to be the ones to action on it keep telling me I have lots of free space left.
