Are there any good Windows 10 apps that mimic the PlayTo DLNA function of Xbox Music?

Windows Central Question

I am nervous about upgrade to Windows 10 as I often use my Surface 3 to play music to my Xbox One via PlayTo (DLNA). Are there any touch centric music playing apps that have this function for Windows 10, as I have read that they have removed this from Groove Music!
