Connection issues after latest firmware update

I've had a Surface Pro 128 since launch with no issues at all, and after the latest round of windows updates, several metro apps have begun experiencing connection issues, including Smartglass, Skydrive, People App, and IE. Has anyone else had these issues?

I have had none of these issues since the firmware update.

I have very slow screen prints on IE. seems like the internet is slow. When i run speed test all is good.

I ended up resetting my Pro back to factory install, and am avoiding the May 15th firmware update. After doing so, it's operating normally again.
