Cortana not working in my Lumia 730

After updating to AU, Cortana isn't working properly. I have selected English(India) as language option.. Whenever I open the app give voice instruction or any message, the app gets closed. Please guide possible solution.. Whether the same problem persists at ur end despite having hard reset twice.

Pretty sure Redstone allows you to have it as long as your device running supported language. Region block is no more?

English UK required as additional language for speech recognition.
