Elusive Win10 upgrade
Twice now, my Win10 has downloaded and installed Win10 Pro v1511 10586, and afterwards told me 'The device is up to date' - That by itself is anomalous; but in addition, Winver (in Command prompt) returns '10240', before and after these upgrades. How to make progress with this ?
