Folders in Lumia 640

Can some one please tell me how to create folders for favourite places in Internet Explorer on my Lumia 640.

Are you running your Lumia 640 on Windows 8.1? I take it that you are, as you mention Internet Explorer, which is replaced by Edge, in Windows 10

Do you have a favorites folder already, and looking to subdivide it into more sub-folders?

I know this is an old post, but itching to reply. In favorites page, long press anywhere and you get the option list to make a new folder. Or when you're adding a new web as a favourite, there's an option to make a new folder written down left.
