Well it happened to me. Its definitely not Nokia's fault. (Just wanted to throw that out there so no one hates on Nokia for it). Anyways... My son dropped it last night. Everything seemed fine through the night but it was unusable by morning. The better part of the screen is black now. Anyone know of a place that can repair this?

This makes my heart hurt.

If you didn't have insurance, call and add it now. You have 14 days to add.

They don't need to know the phone broke "tomorrow".

Well no I don't. I would have bought it but I was so excited that I didn't even think about it! Even worse (or better depending on your view point) the art employee didn't even offer. I went back and just bought another one out right. I'll get this one fixed and recover what costs I can. I told them I wanted to get the other two 820s and the 2 920s insured and he said they needed to have them present to insure them.

Will they do it over the phone?
