How do you turn off the "Win + Y" bar in WMR?

I'm trying to record gameplay from my desktop and I'd like to turn off this tip bar which shows up when i put my WMR headset on. I find it's not needed since I've learned what Win + Y does, and it's interfering with my recording.
Where can I disable it from?
