How to clear app cache

Apps like musixmatch , twitter taking lot of memory as app cache. Is there any way to clear them. I asked Lumia help and they said to download Lumia storage check app(old win8 app) but it checks only phone memory. What about sd card?? Its sad that there is no good cleaning apps for us. Any solution for it????

Did you try Storage Sense (standard app in your app list)
Open it and then you can choose phone or SD card.
And delete temporary files (even if it shows 0) push delete.

Only solution I found till now is to install the app again.
