I can't connect to a spanish banking website AND I have lost my favourites on Yahoo.co.uk

I downloaded Windows 10 yesterday. I have lost all of my favourites on Yahoo. I cannot connect to a Spanish Online banking website that I have used numerous times! Any suggestions?

does yahoo have the feature to save favourites? You might need to sign back in in yahoo

Have you tried a different browser?
