I have Windows 10 and need build 10586 for some of my pc games to quit flashing. Can I get it?

I have windows 10 and need build 10586 for some of my pc games to quit flashing. Can I get it?

My game server, (Big Fish), Says I need to load the new windows 10 build, (10586) to beable to run some of my pc games in full screen mode. At this time they flash off and on, while in full screen mode!

If you're up to date, you should be running 10586.164.

To check what build you're running, go settings -> system -> about

To check if you're up to date on updates, go to settings -> update & security -> check for updates.
