Left the insider program, why am I getting 10586.36?

Immediately after installing 10586.29 on my Lumia 830 I have disenrolled from the Insider program exactly as described here: How to stop getting Insider builds of Windows 10 Mobile | Windows Central

Yet today my phone started downloading Windows 10 Technical Preview for phones (10.0.10586.36). What's up with that? Is this a regular update and not an Insider Preview? Is it an Insider Preview and only available to those enrolled in the program? If so why am I getting it since I have disenrolled a couple of weeks ago?

There is only one way to disenroll so I would rule out the possibility that I accidently messed up disenrolling. I can also tell for sure by the fact that I cannot disenroll again:

Yet the phone is happily downloading something called "Windows 10 Technical Preview for phones (10.0.10586.36):

How is that possible? I don't really want this new build if it's "Preview", how come my phone is downloading it even though I disenrolled from the program?

I've tried enrolling (slow ring), reboot, disenrolling, reboot, to no avail. Even though I have definitely left the insider program the phone still keeps downloading Technical Preview 10586.36.

I suggest you download and install it. The build in my way too old Lumia 920 works fine. And this update is a minor change. It only has some under the hood repairs.

Well, it's not like I have a choice. It's downloading and installing as we speak and there is no way for me to stop it.

Awesome job Microsoft... now that I have installed 10586.36 I can't update my apps from the Windows Store anymore, and neither can I download new apps. Every attempt to download anything will fail right after "Acquiring license..." and report "Something went wrong. The error code is 0x803F7000, in case you need it"

Great job Microsoft. Just great.

Edit:
Figured that one out, had to sign out of the store and sign back in again.

I have the exact same issue on Lumia 925! Hopefully Microsoft is just giving me minor updates but will stop when a major new build is released!
