Message notification problem.

My Lumia 535 dual sim have message notification problem. When message come doesn't ring tones. Direct entry in inbox. No problem in sound , ringtones, silent, my Lumia 535 build no 10586.494. Help me.

I've experienced this, too, but in a different device - looks like it's an OS problem. Leave feedback as usual, or UpVote.

check in settings > notifications if messaging has a tone enabled - or change the tone and check
Also check that messaging is allowed to run in the background - settings > privacy > background apps

Thanks brother, I keep the background use of messaging in battery saver turn off. When I turn on, it becomes normal. Now my phone rings when message comes.

Windows 10 mobile OS build 1511 didn't featured this offer.

It is OS problem, not Handset.
