My Microsoft N 640 XL mobile has become dead today

My N 640 XL mobile started misbehaving i.e. photos were missing and videos were not playing. This happened approximately one week back. Day before yesterday, i talked to Microsoft toll free number for resolving the issue. The customer care officer advised to press the volume knob and on/off knob together. I tried but no joy. But all on a sudden today morning my mobile has gone dead. Its not switching on only. Please render immediate help.

is there any response from the device when connected to the charger?

If otherwise the,Take your device for an inspection to the nearest authorized servicing enter. This could be a case of motherboard failure.
